The Rounds

Round 1 - An Easy Intro

Quite often a themed, more relaxed round - topics can be random, but marking is typically quite generous and questions don't tend to be that difficult.

20 points available unless otherwise specified.

Round 2 - Getting Niche...

We often pick all sorts of niche topics at Virtual Quizzes rather than go seriously General Knowledge like a more traditional pub quiz. A varied set of skills and knowledge amongst your team members will help you frequently here!

Sometimes could be a gambling round if John's feeling particularly evil.

20 points on the cards unless otherwise specified.

Round 3 - Image Round

This round is always visual - sometimes questions will be shown one at a time, and sometimes this could also be a SPEED ROUND, where you're given a certain amount of time to answer as many questions as possible that are on-screen simultaneously.

20 points here for you to pick up, although sometimes this gets boosted to 30 points.

Round 4 - Audio Round

We always have an audio round at Virtual Quizzes, although it's not always intros or popular music. Sound effects? Movies / video games? Something completely off the rails? Anything is possible here...

20 points are potentially yours here, although this occasionally gets supersized to 30 points.

Round 5 - Multiple Choice Round

Are there some topics that would be so fiendishly difficult or niche that it would be simply unfair to have them as a normal round?

Here's where we get a chance to flex those muscles without destroying all our players - by making all our answers multiple choice. :)

Round 6 - General Knowledge

Do you know your award season trivia?
Remember all your famous political quotes?
What about your knowledge of popular proverbs?
If your head is full of random facts, this is the place to be!
